Imagine 2016 with no WikiLeaks exposing the endless dirt and corruption.
Without WikiLeaks — without the near-daily dumps of Democrat insider emails made public by the secrets-spilling organization — just think how little we’d likely know about the dirty dealings of Hillary Clinton, her campaign officials, corrupt cronies and comrades in political arms.
Now the founder of this public conduit for previously private communications has just dropped the biggest bombshell yet about the neck-and-neck presidential race, and it’s sure to rattle a lot of D.C. cages as it sets conspiracy theorists aflame.
Julian Assange, still holed up inside the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, has given an interview to Russia Today in which he claimed the outcome of next Tuesday’s contest between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton has already been decided.
In the same on-camera chat in which he charged that Clinton has received substantial donations from the very Middle East sources that have been funding ISIS, Assange said that Trump “would not be permitted to win.” This, of course, is an explosive accusation about the kind of “rigged” election system that the Republican nominee has been warning of for months.
The Australian computer programmer, who retains his role as editor-in-chief of the whistleblower outfit he founded 10 years ago, explained his rationale behind the belief that the GOP effort to retake the White House is doomed.
“Because he has had every establishment off his side. Trump does not have one establishment, maybe with the exception of the evangelicals, if you can call them an establishment,” said Assange. “Banks, intelligence, arms companies, foreign money, etc. are all united behind Hillary Clinton. And the media as well. Media owners, and the journalists themselves.”

Certainly, one can instantly come up with all sorts of reasons why the Clintons, the Obamas and their self-serving cohorts on the inside of the government corruption machine would do most anything to keep Donald Trump out of the Oval Office. Imagine what a Trump presidency could mean for exposing the depth of decay in the federal government that’s resulted from years of devious Democrat rule and decades of Hillary Clinton’s bottom-feeding misbehavior.
While Hillary and her media minions have steadfastly claimed that Vladimir Putin’s Russia is behind the hacking of the tens of thousands of emails that WikiLeaks has dumped out in past weeks, Assange has denied that the Kremlin or its dark operatives are behind the leaks that have so plagued the Clinton campaign.
The entire interview with Julian Assange is set to air on Saturday via Russia Today. It might be a good idea for mainstream media outlets to tune in, to see if any other campaign-shaking WikiLeaks bombshells drop — what the U.S. journalism community used to call “Breaking News” when they actually had the grit and the guts to go after it.
